Opening Times
Our Booking Office opens Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm. On Sundays the Booking Office opens two hour before the start of the performances. Tickets are also available for purchase at the Booking Office prior to the start of our evening shows.


The Bar is open from one hour before each performance.

About St Helens Theatre Royal
Theatre Royal is the principal theatre in St Helens. Recently renovated internally and externally with a modern glass exterior, St Helens Theatre Royal has a large capacity and stages many performances, including comedy, music, drama and excellent Christmas pantomime. The theatre provides a wide variety of entertainment from top class comedians to musical shows.

Road Directions:
St. Helens Theatre Royal is situated in the heart of St.Helens town centre, near to Catapult Too, just off the East Lancs (A580) & junction 7 of the M62.

Public Transport Directions:
The main bus terminal and St.Helens Central Railway Station, with excellent rail connections to & from Liverpool & Wigan, are both nearby.

Royale Room:
Our function suite, suitable for a wide variety of events from business conferences to jazz nights, from dance classes to weddings

Meeting Rooms:
A variety of rooms of different sizes available for hire

Bistro / Coffee Shop:
The Bistro serves an appetising selection of hot and cold dishes, savoury snacks, cakes and pastries, teas and great coffee.



Access
St Helens Theatre Royal is accessible to wheelchair users via a ramp at the main entrance. Disabled parking is conveniently close, with designated spaces at the front of the building. Staff are always pleased to offer help when required. Please inform the Box Office of your requirements when booking your tickets and go to Reception on arrival. Telephone 01744 756 000.
